Library Sync Error with Google Drive

Hey, 

I am a new MobilSheets User and trying to get the Sync feature to work.
Unfortunately I always get the below error when trying to sync the database.

Downloading mobilesheets_hashcodes.txt
Error encountered transferring files: 1F4FhsNwHReOf05F1nyqO0tnq-jdonz_A

The hashcode-file also seems to be empty. So maybe thats the issue? Also tried creating a new library, but that also did not work.
I already tried some tricks from the forum (Switching Google Drive account) but its not working and I would like to use the Drive account I have.

If you select a new folder to upload the library to, it shouldn't try to download anything and should prompt you to upload the library. Does this work? Is the library uploaded? How many songs are in your library at the moment? Hopefully we can figure this out for you quickly. It's definitely a problem if the hashcodes.txt file is empty and you have songs in your library.

Yes that works. I tried it only with one test song for testing. 
So I can upload a new library but if I try to sync it again on another device it is not working again.

Ok we can close this issue.
I tried again with a real setlist and this time it worked. 

Maybe because the Test-Song was quiet empty this did not work and the Hashfile was empty.

I'm glad to hear that. It does sound like issues can occur when synchronizing an empty library.
