I’m on iOS - and I’ve splitted a Real Book into individual titles with a CSV.
Printing of a specific song works fine, even to PDF. But when I go via share or export, the whole Real Book is exported. My fault?

You need to check the option that says "Use custom page order" so that MobileSheets will only export the pages used by the song.

Sorry Mike! I didn’t expect that “page order” means “page selection” too.
Maybe I’m to new here and too inexperienced with the app to find bugs ?

I always appreciate any user reporting potential problems, as I know it can be hard to distinguish bugs from just the wrong combination of settings/options. This can also help with improving either the labels used in the app or with the documentation. So don't hesitate to post if you run into issues.
