I could never get half-page turns to work properly on my 10" Toshiba Thrive either - it would always skip a few lines. So I turned if off and just manually scroll down and then do a page turn. Using a bluetooth foot pedal, the smooth fixed scroll / next page worked great until the latest update, but now it doesn't work properly. When at the bottom of a page if I press the back pedal, instead of scrolling up toward the top of the page, it jumps to the previous page. I couldn't get any of the pg up/down styles to work with the new software in landscape mode, which is all I use. Even the pgdn action scrolls more "jumpy" than it did before, not smoothly. I uninstalled the new version and reinstalled the old one - thank goodness I saved it.
I have some more questions about annotations in the new version - hope this is a good place to put them?
1. What is stylus mode for? I turned it on and used my stylus, but couldn't make any annotations so just turned it back off.
2. What is the eye dropper supposed to do? I can't figure out how to use it and can't get it to do anything.
3. In landscape mode, can't annotate the bottom half of the page. Can't scroll down and next page takes you to the next real page.
4. When going into annotation mode zooming is turned off. Would be nice to display at current zoom level and also allow for further zoom in/out and scrolling around to make it easier to do smaller free form notes. Like the way that Adobe reader does it.
5. When I go out and back into annotation mode, the colors, stamps and other settings are reset back to the defaults. Would be nice to leave them as last selected.
