I wanted to follow up on this and state that I'm going to have that option be available regardless of whether the file is different. I think there are certainly scenarios where users may only want to import some things from a .msf file. While a better long term solution may be to ask the user to pick which songs to import from a .msf file (when individual songs have been exported), or which setlists to import (if multiple setlists were exported), for now, just giving the user the option to skip songs will at least provide a workaround.
