I tried setting the zoom settings to "Current Page Only". I could re-zoom the problem cropped third page, but as soon as I went to another page, the zooms reset themselves to the original size. I confirm that I definitely set the zoom to control only a single page.
I haven't had the issue previously as I was running a smaller screen in the portrait orientation. Now I am trying to use a 32" monitor in landscape, but using only a single page with vertical scrolling. If I try it in two page view, the offending cropped page then appear too wide for the screen.
Perhaps I am using the cropping function in an unintended way. A solution would be to have a setting which limits the width of all pages. I'll try remaking the original PDF in Word with Snipped sections of the pages as required and see how that goes......
