Very quick suggestions:
# Take a look at the book mode and consider buying two smaller but widely available standard tablets for it.
# You can present individual pages of a piece a 2nd (and 3rd, and ...) time by defining the page order, so you can arrange your repeats as simple forward paging. And then it is unimportant if the piece contains 5 electronic instead of two paper pages.
I am very happy with the book mode in that respect.
