If you go to Settings->Storage->Switch OneDrive Account and go through the authentication again, then try to sync after that, do you encounter the same problem? If you try to sync to a new folder in your OneDrive account, do you encounter the same issue? Lastly, do you have Settings->Storage->Create Subdirectory per Song enabled?
