Open the metronome window, tap the + icon at the top left (with a circle around it) and that will add a second tempo. Now adjust the second tempo, and you can change tempos using the dropdown. If you go to Settings->Touch & Pedal Settings->Touch Actions, you can assign a touch action to switch to the next metronome tempo, so you could just tap in the upper right corner, for example. There isn't an automated way to switch tempos at the moment. That is something I hope to address at some point, so that the tempo could be changed either have a certain amount of time or upon reaching a certain page.
