Last weeks I had to clean up several tabs of different users, which uses all the same scores from a google drive folder.
The scores are "living", means several changes after/within rehearsals, which are done by one of them and stored into the folder.
I talked to them, why such a mess could happen within a short time and as a result I would suggest:
Main library folder:
- Just touch a tab, same behavior, no changes.
- Make a selection from the activ list of a tab --> this tab´s background should switch to complete blue
(same colour as top row. Not only a small line as shown if I just touch a tab).
- In the active tab the number of songs shouldn´t be shown, in case of this option is activated. because "I´m within a specific tab".
- The name of the active tab and number of songs top/left is ok, no changes needed.
This would enable a better orientation "Where I am" and - most important - that the tools in the top row just apply
to this selection.
My experience is, they lost orientation and didn´t realize that the tools in the top row just apply on the active selection.
The full blue background should indicate more visible "I am within a selection".
As a consequence of losing orientation the most incorrect handling was done with the "different remove/delete possibilities",
I´ll check this later.

And a big AND: They all like the current simple "old-fashioned" design!
