In my opinion, saving settings should be completely separate from saving the library. This solves the problem and reduces the risk of transferring a library, erasing personals perameters. I provide a Parameter.mcf file when installing a new tablet, but then the musician sets their own preferences. It's therefore not advisable to risk overwriting their settings. When using multiple libraries, this transfer should be eliminated.
