You know, I'm quite excited about that. I expected I would have to wait still a long time to use my ABC files in MSP, especially since I thought ABC support in chordPro would only include only some measures.
But I finally tested the chordPro binaries and was pleasantly surprised because it seems to me because of Sciurius great implementation of Jef's abc2svg I just have to frame my ABC files with

and I can use them in chordPro including features like the ABC grid. Am I correct?

So no additional support of ABC is necessary (as I previously thought)?
Mike, is it possible that you treat *.abc as *.cho files which already include the frame so ABC files don't have to be edited and can be used natively? Or did you think of that already.
